Hi, I'm Elsy Jiménez Falcón
I'm Elsy Jiménez Falcón, a Mexican native Spanish speaker based in Mexico City and a Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) teacher certified by Instituto Cervantes. I've taught students from all over the world —from elementary school to high school and adults— online and in person, with schools like Lingoda, BaseLang and SOMOS.
I come from the performing arts and linguistics. I hold a degree in Theatre Arts and a master's degree in Performing Arts, and I'm also a playwright (dramaturga). That shapes my method: lively classes, lots of voice, lots of play and lots of real conversation. Learning a language is, above all, daring to speak.
